I grew up in the same house on the same street in the same neighborhood in Santa Monica my whole life, but I never managed to go to school closer than 30 minutes away. I guess I just loved my time in the Los Angeles traffic. I went to an all-girls middle and high school which really shaped me into who I am today. I did 11 shows with my schools theater department and I left with lifelong trauma but a huge emotional understanding and range, so... that's a plus I guess.
I am now in my Junior year at Princeton University, and I am studying art history. I love it. I have no idea what I want to do with my life after college though. I guess that will have to be a discovery for the next chapter. I spent the fall of my freshman year on campus, navigating the highs and lows of independence for the first time. Then, Covid hit and we all had to go home. I lived in Vermont with friends from college the next fall and I really learned the kind of people that I want to surround myself with. I have really grown as a person, and I am becoming truly the form of myself that I envision myself to want to be. If that makes any sense at all. Basically, I am changing and growing and adapting in positive ways.
